Hey Alex, I usually rest between 2-3 minutes. I have heard that you can rest as much as 5 though.

I was hoping someone could answer a question I’ve had about 1-1-1-1… and 3-3-3-2-2-1-1-1 workout sets.. How much time do you rest between attempts?
