    I imagine this WOD SUCKS! But, I’m gonna give it a go tomorrow. Probably with less weight.

    I believe your supposed to split the Virtual Shovel sets in half doing half left hand front and half right hand in front. So that the first set of 30 has 15 lefties and 15 righties.
